Disc Format
Replicated or duplicated? If you are intending to sell the discs, please select REPLICATED. Replicated discs are created from a glass master and stamper, then full colour offset printed. Duplicated discs are copied to -R media and inkjet printed. Duplicated discs are OK for data storage but won't be accepted by music retailers, grant bodies, or collectors.
650MB 74 min CDA playlength. Overlength can be quoted. Glass mastered and offset printed full colour CMYK.
700MB 80 min CDA playlength. Duplicated CD-R with full colour inkjet print and spot UV colourfast varnish.
4.7GB capacity duplicated DVD-R media. Inkjet printed CMYK with colourfast varnish coat. Approximately 45 minutes standard definition playlength but depends on compression.
4.7GB capacity duplicated DVD-R media. Disc face inkjet printed CMYK with colourfast UV varnish coating. Approximately 45 minutes standard definition video playlength but depends on compression.
7.9GB capacity disc replicated from glass master and offset printed full colour CMYK. Standard definition. Approximately 90 minutes playlength but depends on compression.

Wrap
Wrap is recommended for protection in transit and storage (and essential on Smile Cut packs). Unsealed ecobags are available if you intend to autograph albums at gigs.
CD Master Creation
Note: If you already have a CD Audio master as a DDP image or physical disc, then you don't need this service. However, if you have WAV tracks or MP3 files that have been mastered for another format (like digital), then we can create a DDP CD Audio master for you. Service includes CD Text.
Convert your WAV MP3 AIFF or other normalised track files to CDA DDP. Includes free player software.
Layout
Note: If you can create your own print ready artwork from our supplied templates, then you don't need this service. But if you'd like us to create files to spec from your supplied high res images and spell-checked name-checked text, then we have an expert layout service available. Prices on this page are estimates only, subject to sighting materials.

Turnaround
We manufacture all product in Melbourne. Standard lead times are between 2 to 3 weeks on CD albums and merch, and from 8 weeks on vinyl albums. If you have a launch deadline and need a hand please get in touch - we'll work out art/master cut off dates to suit your project and move things through production and freight that little bit faster.
