Laser Engrave

Used for: recessed patterns into metal or wood products such as USB flash drive shells

Run size: 50+ units

Laser engraving machines receive a single colour design file into their software, then guide a laser beam across the product surface to etch or burn the design into the product.

The technique is highly accurate and can create much finer detail than a foil or emboss / deboss process.

Metal surfaces such as silver colour USB shells or tin packaging are popular, but perhaps the best and most striking use of laser engrave is into wooden surfaces - where the laser creates an attractive and natural looking seared design.
