The CMYK printed label itself can be printed in a number of standard ways, typically digital offset. The label is then placed on a press sheet to trim the label edge to the required shape.

A curved polyurethane dome is then added to the label surface, flowing to the edge then stopping due to surface tension. Once hardened via a curing process, this creates a high quality 3D printed product.
