Continue ShoppingBetween 2005 and 2011, Replicat entered the Australian Achiever Awards competition for excellence in customer service. We won the TV, Film, Video & Audio category twice (in 2008 & 2009) and received Highly Recommended in all other years.
In 2011 Replicat received an Outstanding Award for Customer Service Excellence recognizing many successive years of success in the awards. We decided that this was an appropriate time to move on and we haven't entered since, but our commitment to customer service hasn't waivered.

2009 Replicat in Richmond Wins Customer Service Award For The Second Year Running
Replicat Pty Ltd in Richmond has won the 2009 Australian Achiever Award for Victoria's TV, Film, Audio & Video Services category, having previously won this distinction back in 2008. Replicat Pty Ltd achieved a 97.35% overall score for Customer Service and Relations, topping all other Victoria TV, Film, Audio & Video Services businesses.

Owned and operated by Scott Wilson since 2004, Replicat provides CD and DVD replication and packaging solutions to clients throughout Australasia. Now in their twelvth year, the Australian Achiever Awards are an independent, unbiased award system based on assessment ratings from companies' own clients - and are therefore an indication of a well run, healthy business, worthy of patronage.
The award focuses on seven criteria, namely: Time Related Service, Addressing Client Needs, Care and Attention, Value, Attitude, Communication and Overall Perception. The criteria are rated individually in percentage terms and the final score is an amalgam of these. Anything above 80% overall is regarded as exceptional and reflects outstanding customer service.
