1. How do I find products? 

There are over 25000 products in the Replicat product range.

If you need a quick overview of the entire range, check the top menu CATALOG. It shows every major product collection at a glance. 

Once you're on any product collection page, try the Group Filters on the left hand side next to the products.

Finally the text search on the top header banner will check the entire product range throughout the entire Catalog.

2. How do I see prices?

First go to any product listing page. Once you're there, the Price Guide drop menu on every product listing page is a useful way to compare base prices for every product on the page. 

Once you've found a product or two that fits the bill, click the LEARN MORE button underneath the product to go to the product display page. 

The product display page will be similar for every product in the range. Change the quantity to suit, then select the components and branding options to create the perfect product. The price will auto update on screen as you change options.

3. How do I get a quote emailed to me?

There's a CREATE A QUOTE button on every product page.

4. How do I get a sample?

First get a quote. If samples are available for purchase on that product you'll see a BUY SAMPLE option on the next screen and on your quote email.

We can create a custom sample process for your organisation if you order over $5K worth of merch each year.

5. How do I place an order?

First get a quote. There's a PLACE ORDER link on every quote email and on screen after submitting the quote request.

6. Where do I upload artwork and/or masters?

We'll step you through how to upload materials when you place the order, but if you want to get a head start, our Dropbox link is here:

7. What's in the client login section and how do I access it?

The Client Login section keeps track of all previous quotes, sample orders and production order requests.

You'll receive login details on every quote and order confirmation email.
